OUT OF OFFICE HOURS FEE
The Out of Office Hours charge is €35.00 and is applied to pick ups /drop offs within 8pm to 8am.
DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must present their full, valid Driver's License held for at least 1 full year(s) with no major endorsements.
An International Driver's License is required if the driver's national Driver License is in a non-latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Russian) and/or for non-EU citizens.
Credit Card is Mandatory.
FAIR FUEL POLICY
Vehicles are provided to customers with not less than 1/4 tank of fuel and must be returned more or less with the same amount. Fuel is non refundable.
MINIMUM AGE - YOUNG DRIVER RESTRICTION
Minimum rental age is 21 years. Drivers under 25 years old have a compulsory fee of €50,00 per rental for young driver special insurance.
ONE WAY RENTALS
One-Way rental is EUR 20.00 for all our office locations.
CROSS BORDERING AND TERRITORIAL RESTRICTIONS
Cross Bordering is allowed into Spain .
There is a charge of €40.00 for Cross Bordering per rental.
LOCAL DEPOSIT/PRE-AUTHORIZATION
A pre-authorization is required for the excess amount of the vehicle. If a pre-authorization is not left then the purchase of additional insurance is mandatory to reduce the excess on the vehicle to zero. If the excess is not reduced to zero a pre-authorization is required for the reduced excess amount.
EARLY RETURN
There is no refund for early returns.
FINES,PENALTIES AND TOLL CHARGES
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, Toll Charges and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you.
Best Deal Lda will pass all the charges on to drivers plus €25,00 administrative expenses.
FLIGHT INFORMATION **VERY IMPORTANT**
For airport pick-ups, it is essential that Best Deal is provided with the correct flight number and arrival time before departure. You can do this either online or by phone. If this information is not available at the time of booking, please ensure that you inform us of it at least 48 Hours prior to your Arrival, via email or by phone. Best Deal can´t accept any responsibility for a failed rental due to the late/non-provision of this information.
LOST KEYS
Best Deal Lda will charge €319.80 per Key if key(s) are lost or badly damaged.
RENTAL COUNTER IDENTIFICATION
The renter must produce a valid driver license and a valid credit card. It is your responsibility to check that you have these before travel - and that your license is valid in the country you are visiting. Passport may be required.
RENTAL EXTENSION(S)
Extension(s) to your rental can be arranged at least 24hrs prior to your current contract end date and subjected to availability.
ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE
24hrs breakdown cover is included in the rates.
VEHICLE GROUP/MODEL
We are unable to guarantee a particular make/model of car. The makes/models shown online serves as an example and is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative, similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost).
CONDITIONS OF VEHICLE
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as picked-up/delivered. Normal wear and tear is, of course, acceptable. Excessive staining or internal damage will be charged for at the Best Deal´s valet rates.

Credit card payment is processed when confirming the reservation.
All major credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are also accepted.

MOTORWAYS TOLL RULES
The Algarve's main motorway, the A22 and some Portuguese motorways with electronic payment, operate an unmanned toll system.
A toll transponder device is available upon collection for an additional charge of 2.15€/day/max21.50€. On top of that the customer will pay the tolls that have used by credit card 48hours after returning the car.Customers wishing to use the device will have to mention it in the delivery of the car under penalty fine in the amount of €25,00 for use of the device without prior activation.
